schaduw challenge van Eni Oken met patroon: Groovy#44

Groovy is een leuk "weef"patroon. Ik gebruikte de tangles: groovy, purk, feather en narwal. Aan het eind merkte ik dat de Zentangle een soort ananas was geworden. Dus de keus van schaduw met kleur of zwart was al gemaakt: kleuren bruin, geel en oranje. Nu is het een zia: Zentangle Inspirated Art.
Groovy is a fun "weave" pattern. I used the tangles: groovy, purk, feather and narwhal. I noticed at the end of drawing my tile, that it had become a kind of pineapple. So the choice of shading: color or black was made: shades with pencils  brown, yellow and orange.
The zentangle challenge ended up in a Zia: Zentangle Inspirated Art.

Duo pattern challenge from Anya Lotrop

This month challenge was to make a combination from Cuke and knot Rickz. I started with the Y-form on four sides and this came out. Thanks Anya for these patterns, had not used them before.

With:tantile, brown and black micron, white gelly roll pen and three  softcolorpencils blue from derwent. When finishing the tile I thougt: it looks a bit like a mill... maybe influenced by me being Dutch.;-)
